`app-installation-id` is not getting recorded for `traces` and `logs`

We can have instrumentation where app-installation-id can be added for each spans and logs

I think this is covered already by #922 and should be fixed by #1488 so I'm closing this, but feel free to comment if you think it should be considered a separate issue.
