For android network instrumentation spans we should use `http.response.status_code` for status code

Currently we are using http.status_code as per doc here same is true for other network lib instrumentation

I think we are using deprecated http attributes as same thing is true for http.method, http.url(should be replaced by https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/semconv/registry/attributes/url/#url-full) etc

I am basing this based on documentation, it could be that documentation for those instrumentation is wrong and only doc needs updating

After debugging, client spans already use stable HTTP semconv (including http.response.status_code). No code change was needed; docs were aligned in:

• PR docs: align HTTP client READMEs with stable semantic conventions #1683
