[CODEC] Audio in .mkv file is messed up

Summary
Hello! I've been having problems with the .mkv file extension, and I'm assuming that it's an audio codec problem. At the start of the clip it immediately glitches out with the rest of the video being silent:

2025-03-15.01-33-44.mov

But in other programs, it works perfectly fine:

2025-03-15.01-36-14.mov
