Joining hotspot wifi network fails sporadically

Feedback from Stimplus site visit:

• Flashed a regular image onto brand new microSD; inserted into Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB)
• Network appeared after a bit, but we were unable to connect:

• Restarting the Pi made it work.

The only thing worth noting is that there were lots of other networks within range?

To me, because of the (potential) impact, this sporadic issue is the most urgent issue of the moment in this project. Should be treated in priority.

Here, the only hypothesis I have is that there a strong conflict at the wifi channel level empeaching the wireless communication to work properly.

This might also explains #83.

@rgaudin Is that a plausible explanation? do you have another one in mind?
