chore: Create beads issues for missing test coverage from TEST_AUDIT_REPORT

Created 9 new issues based on TEST_AUDIT_REPORT.md recommendations:

**P2 (Medium priority - should do soon)**:
- el-doo: Test cursor streaming with large result sets
- el-fd8: Test connection pool behavior under load
- el-d63: Test connection error recovery
- el-crt: Test savepoint + replication interaction
- el-wtl: Test JSONB binary format operations
- el-d3o: Add Rust tests for error scenarios

**P3 (Low priority - nice to have)**:
- el-cbv: Add performance benchmark tests
- el-1p2: Document test layering strategy
- el-v3v: Reduce redundant parameter binding tests

These issues capture all missing test coverage areas identified in TEST_AUDIT_REPORT.md
