chore(showcase): spread account signed_on seeds into recent windows for the Revenue Pulse demo (#3054)

Browser dogfood showed the account-side widgets empty under the default
last-90-days range and the EMEA slice — every recent signing sat >150 days
back. Move four accounts (Northwind 400→80d, Initech 300→45d, Vandelay
450→160d, Wonka 350→60d) so the default view, this-year, and per-region
slices all show visible account activity next to the invoice charts.
