How do you use rdbg and Nova?

Ever since rdbg and Nova launched, I've been trying to integrate both into my normal developing. I come from a perfectly working setup with VSCode paired with rdebug-ide and debugger.

Now, months later, we have newer versions of rdbg, Nova and now nova-ruby-debug. But I still don't use the debugger daily.

So what I want to know is:

• How do you use Nova, nova-ruby-debug and Ruby development on a daily basis?
• Do you work on a Rails application, Ruby or something else?
• How do you start your application?
• When and how do you connect the Nova debugger? Do you use a remote debug socket? Or do you start something with a task
• Do you use the "stop on start" feature from rdbg?
