Update for League

The timer currently doesn't account for the attack speed increases from the pact tree in the league. Would it be possible to update this?

I'm not personally playing leagues so don't have any motivation to do that. I'm open to PR's though, just create a pull request (base it off the old leagues 1 to 5 code).

Could the plugin maybe be changed to just record the attack delay for each weapon instead of using a list of "known" values? Then it'd automatically work for leagues or any other thing that changes the expected attack speed
