Sporadic error with IQ-TREE v2.1.2

Documenting an error that I ran into for the first time in the seasonal flu builds that has been reported to IQ-TREE in multiple issues:

• BUG: IQTree 2.1.12 fails to run on input with ERROR: Tree taxa and alignment sequence do not match (see above) Cibiv/IQ-TREE#175
• Taxon name error iqtree/iqtree2#11
• ERROR: Tree taxa and alignment sequence do not match  Cibiv/IQ-TREE#196
• Another issue with ModelFinder: "ERROR: Alignment sequence XXX does not appear in the tree" iqtree/iqtree2#47

This seems to be a sporadic error and should be fixed in v2.2.0.3

Also just saw this in our SARS-CoV-2 build (out of a couple thousands of runs). Thanks for the compilation of issues!

This should have been fixed over a year ago with the switch to version 2.3.5 in eb65217. Please comment/re-open if you're still seeing the issue anywhere.
