Some suggestions made with my browser's dev inspector.

Application : in the "After screenshot", apart from the improved display (more compact and better aligned), I suggest removing the view's title (useless because of the app's title displayed above).

Not sure about extending the total width (becomes hard to read at some point).

1. We can left align the text but for readability reasons I would not make it full width
2. Same here, I agree with left-aligning the note-card component, but I would not make it full width

In both cases we can slightly increase the width

3. In the application I agree with removing the doubled title, but we should display the app emoji instead of the generic app icon at the top left
