Navigation bar covered by Android system bar

• The issue affects the Notes Android app, neither the Notes server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.

Describe the bug

open any note on android.
The notes app top bar is behind the android system bar.
Rotating the screen does not change anything.

Expected behavior

The notes app top bar should be below the android system bar.

I have the same issue on Android 13 using Nextcloud Notes 4.4.0 in a FairPhone 5.

Same issue using the F-Droid 4.4.0 version, rolling back to 4.3.1 and everything works correctly (Android 13)
