Bottom of note covered by keyboard on Android 16 Pixel 9 Pro

• The issue affects the Notes Android app, neither the Notes server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.

Describe the bug

1. Open a note on Android 16 that is long enough to fill the screen.
2. Touch the screen to open the on screen keyboard.
3. Try to scroll to the end of the note to add text.
4. The bottom of the note stays hidden by the on screen keyboard.

I took a screen recording but Github wouldn't let me upload it.

Expected behavior

That the bottom of the note would scroll into view above the keyboard.

Current workaround is to add a bunch of newlines to the end of the note while editing.

Bug caused by caa792b as a side effect

@alperozturk96 could you take a look? I suspect that your Window.addSystemBarPaddings method prevents adding the necessary padding for keyboards:

btw, this may also be related to #2730 as padding is added only for API 35 and above. Haven't debugged into it further, but would be good to test with a pre Android 16 device as well
