Nextcloud official image on docker lists 11 high risk vulnerabilities

I was going to upgrade my nextcloud docker instance but found that docker hub shows a large number of vulnerabilities of various levels.
Of course out of these the 11 severe are the most concerning.

However when I go to cvedetails.com and search for nextcloud there are none listed as current.

How do I determine if its safe to run?

There almost all ImageMagick related - not in Nextcloud itself - and you can drill down on DockerHub to learn more details for the specific image variant and underlying OS.
