Autoupload doesn't upload after turning off energy save mode, feature: auto upload

Steps to reproduce

My system: managed nextcloud at ionos.de
samsung s21 with all updates installed.
nextcloud android app installed from playstore and updated.
Model: SM-G990B2
Brand: samsung
Product: r9q2xeea
Device: r9q
Version-Codename: REL
Version-Release: 16

I made a few fotos over the last few weeks. Probably I had activated my energy saving mode all the time.
Today I wanted the fotos to be uploaded, so I turned energy saving mode off and waited for an hour. I stopped the app and restarted it. The auto upload settings are correct and worked before.

Expected behaviour

I want the fotos to be uploaded automatically. at least when i turn off the energy saving mode

Actual behaviour

it doesnt do it.

Thank you for the report. In the giving log I cannot see

Skipping: device is in power saving mode which is printed if isPowerSavingEnabled.

Is the issue still persists? If yes could you please try again with 33.0.1 RC1?

Thank you for your answer and the hint for a new version!

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but it still does not work as expected with 33.0.1. RC1
Steps to reproduce:

1. Install and start 33.0.1. RC1 while in power save mode
2. turn off power safe mode
3. wait a minute - nothing happens
4. take a new picture - everything gets uploaded (the old ones and the new one)
   a. another little bug maybe: i can only see the older videofiles that have just been uploaded in the "uploads" section of the app.
5. turn on power safe mode
6. take a picture - nothing gets uploaded (as expected)
7. turn off power safe mode
8. wait for a few minutes - nothing happens
9. take another new picture to trigger the upload process
10. wait a few minutes, look into the app, refreshing the "uploads" section - nothing happens
