Notes:

1. Added pear link and anchor shackle at swivel to be able to break above and below swivel.

2. Substitute 3/4" anchor shackle for 5/8" shackle to accommodate Hammerhead termination on wire rope, but still have standard termination at other end (just above the swivel) and need one 5/8 shackle.

• Determine links and shackles needed and what spares we already have.
• What spares do we already have? A: see table above
• What size/type of shackle to accommodate the Hammerhead termination? A: 3/4" anchor shackle
• Add notes to documentation and drawings for 2018 Turnaround
