Organize helper scripts into tools/ folder
- Move all .sh shell scripts to tools/ - Move helper .mjs scripts to tools/ - Move scripts/download_diceware.js to tools/ - Remove empty core/ and js/ directories - Keep build.mjs and server.js in root (referenced in package.json)
