The difference between mustache(5) and mustache(1) is unclear

When looking at the home page there is a manual for mustache(5) and mustache(1) but the difference is unclear to me.

Are these different versions? If so is there a recommended version?
Or is 5 just the spec and 1 a cli?

That's a POSIX convention for manpages. If you install the original Ruby Mustache engine, man 1 mustache (or just man mustache) will give you the manual of the CLI and man 5 mustache will give you the manual for the template language. I can imagine that you never encountered it if you ever only used Windows.

We can probably add a few words like "template language manual" and "Ruby CLI manual" to clarify this. I'll leave this ticket open to remind myself.
