docs: Fix a few typos (#299)

There are small typos in:
- TODO.md
- jose/jwe.py

Fixes:
- Should read `verification` rather than `verifcation`.
- Should read `encryption` rather than `encryptionn`.
- Should read `compact` rather than `cmpact`.
