"auth failure" wrongly reported by ship it backend #1547
The UI says "Auth Failure" if I try to submit a release whose decision task has not yet completed. If I look in the Browser Console, I see the real error:
Indexed task has expired --- * method: findTask * errorCode: ResourceNotFound * statusCode: 404 * time: 2018-09-25T15:40:49.383Z
