Changing `path` attribute does not take effect

<moq-watch> takes a path attribute, in the demo it's "bbb". If you change this path, ex to "tos" (use just pub tos) it doesn't take effect.

Apparently, you have to clear the path and set a timeout to change it. Something in the signalling is getting tripped up (I hope it's not @kixelated/signals).

Fork the repo, git clone it, follow the README to run it. After you've fixed the bug, create a new branch, make a commit, push it to your fork, then create a PR to merge into my repo.
