Manage privacy preference button freezes app

Describe the bug

Clicking the "Manage preferences" button disables user input, doesn't show desired menu, and will show an ad in the top left hand corner.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Click "Manage preferences"
3. Observe error
