When adding a mod to multiple collections, all but one of the collections appears to not be checked even when the mod is successfully added

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

1. Create two collections
2. Add a mod to each of them
3. One of the checkboxes appears to not be checked

Expected behavior

I expect all of the checkboxes for the collections the mod is added to to be checked
