Launcher Guide

When opening the launcher for the first time, there should be a tutorial to teach players about the different elements in the app. This would help clear up obscure features in the launcher and make it easier to understand what each thing does. I also feel that the user should be able to take the tutorial again through a button in the settings page.

We discussed this a bit and don't think we like the right click to toggle behavior, since basically no one will ever know that exists. I think the best solution for now is just to add an Enabled option next to the Disabled one. We may look into revamping the filtering experience a bit later down the line though.

Sorry, I was in #6000 and referenced it in a new issue so I couldn't do the issue template.

we used to have a guide when the app opened, but people were really annoyed by it. I think honestly it's better just to make the UI easy and clear to use so you don't even need a guide

I feel like the app should still be easy and clear to use, I also feel as though maybe a guide should be opt in after first open so users don't get forced into it. A guide might be useful for explaining advanced features (Like JVM args and ENV variables) so users don't have to go out of their way to figure everything out.
