World refresh button not working

Describe the bug

Whenever I click the refresh button on an instance in the world tab, it doesn't reload. For it to fully reload, I have to navigate to a different page in an instance, and then go back for it to fully reload.

It's a bit hard to see in the video here, but the Tunnels SMP server is showing a loading indicator for a short amount of time whenever I go back and forth. However, when I press the refresh button, it doesn't show it.

The worlds are instantly loading once switching back and forth, so this is likely not just the page loading.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to an instance and click on the world tab
2. Click the refresh button

Expected behavior

It should reload world/servers
