Can't select last couple rows when selection bottom bar is on screen

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

Modrinth App 0.13.21 windows 10.0.26200

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the bug

I cannot select any of the areas circled in red in this screenshot when the selection bar on the bottom is on screen. Clicks do not register. It has some sort of invisible overlay behind it that blocks clicks to rows behind it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to custom modpack in sidebar
2. Go to Content tab (content needs to be more than one screen height's worth)
3. Check the checkbox in the table header to select all content rows so the selection bar at the bottom appears
4. Try to click anything in the bottom two rows

Expected behavior

That I am able to select/deselect rows I am able to see behind the selection bar
