Release for the cargo package registry type

Support for the cargo package registry type is merged into main (tracking issue #1055, implemented in #1207, hardened in #1330), but it isn't usable against the production registry yet. Publishing a server whose package uses the cargo registryType via the mcp-publisher is rejected. Could a release be cut that includes these changes?

Hit this too today, publishing a Rust MCP server (cochlea-mcp, distributed via crates.io). mcp-publisher validate passes fine against the schema, but mcp-publisher publish fails on the production registry with:

registry validation failed for package 0 (cochlea-mcp): unsupported registry type: cargo

Would be great to see the merged work (#1055, #1207, #1330) actually released. Happy to help verify against a real Cargo package if that's useful.
