Update Miro solution README with editorial improvements

Improve README formatting and consistency:
- Standardize section header capitalization
- Improve punctuation and grammar consistency
- Update OAuth documentation link to non-expiring tokens
- Change "Method" to "Option" for better clarity
- Remove redundant CCF dependency section
