Issue with merged cells touching the right side of the print area #77

Description

The first template, shows merged columns touching the right side of the print area. When this happens, the right border on the cell fails to render in the PDF.

As a quick fix, I added a small column inside the print area to put a buffer from the right side of the print area and the merged column. This fixes the issue and the border is able to print. Seems to be a rendering issue with merged cells touching the right side of the print area, as normal cells render correctly.

Other observation, if you use repeating headers for each page (Page Layout => Print Titles => Rows to repeat at top) the repeated headers loose their cell borders and multi-line text render the carriage return as a square box.

Thanks again, great work!
