Winget after install Cli not register Cli tool to PATH

Brief description of your issue

I used winget-cli to install uv, but after restarting the terminal, there was a problem and uv doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce

1. winget install uv
2. Restart Terminal
3. execute uv command
4. See Error

Expected behavior

uv cli Register to User PATH.

Actual behavior

Winget is Not register to User PATH Environment.
