Feedback card lost connection to added work item

Describe the bug
Added a work item to two feedback cards in the Act phase. Updated the title, description, and acceptance for those two work items, then regrouped a few feedback cards and updated votes on a few cards. One of the cards with a work item was regrouped and revoted on. Another of the cards with a work item only had votes changed.

When I went back to the Act tab, neither card had a link to the added work item, even though those work items remained in the team backlog.

Have not tried to reproduce, but described actions above.

Perhaps the reverting to a prior phase (Group and Vote) and taking action on that phase causes a reset for the action items on the Act phase?

Expected behavior
Expect link to added work item to remain unless I removed the added feedback item or made it a child work item in a grouped pair. Do not expect changing votes to have any impact.

Additional context
Admittedly non-standard workflow. Not a major issue since work item remained in backlog and I was able to restore the link.
