Python extension keeps resetting venv to the pyenv default instead of the pypoetry venv built on top of it

Behaviour

When I have an environment that uses both pyenv and poetry, the extension regularly unsets the active venv, even though I set it manually

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project with a valid pyproject.toml
2. Use pyenv to set force the version of Python (in my case, 3.12.10)
3. Use poetry to setup the final virtual environment
4. Set the environment in the bottom pannel
5. Restart the computer, reboot Vscode, or sometimes just wait and watch (this occurs randomly)

Diagnostic data

Due to the random nature of the bug, unable to get logs of when it happens

I have a similar issue with Anaconda.

Before the last update, my chosen conda environment for a project stayed the same. Now, VSCode always switches it to a different environment. Even if I manually set the one I want, it changes again the next time I open VSCode.

Hi! Can you check to see if you have any settings related to pythonProject? At the project or global level. These might have gotten injected without you noticing. Thanks
