Support DTS consumption plan and remove preview flag #4881
Description
We can currently create dedicated DTS schedulers in the Azure resources view, but only when the preview flag is enabled.
Originally, only the dedicated SKU existed, and this flag helped prevent accidental expensive instances being spun up by users. Now that a consumption SKU is available we can look at offering that / making that the default and removing the preview flag.
Tasks
- Add a dedicated vs. consumption prompt (default or suggest towards consumption)
- Remove the preview flag
