Support version control for docs

Clear and concise description of the problem

Currently, TSP does not support version control for documentation.

When the v2 documentation differs from v1, we update the documentation in TSP and modify the generated Swagger for v1.

This process may cause issues when regenerating the v1 documentation from Swagger.

• Check that there isn't already an issue that request the same feature to avoid creating a duplicate.

Will be fixed when this bug is fixed: #2780

However, by experience, almost all of the time, updated documentation is applicable to both versions, unless the underlying type is also versioned.
