Error Message: The client 'xxx' with object id 'yyy' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts/read' over scope '/subscriptions/xxxxxx/resourceGroups/ai-foundry/providers/Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts/itcomp-vibe-resource' or the scope is invalid. If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials.
