Good afternoon, AzureDevOpsServer2022.2 is installed on a Windows Server 2022 server, and agent 3.238.0 is installed on another Windows Server 2022 server. The agent is present in the Default agent pool on the https://tfs/ portal, and it is green, so everything is fine. However, when I try to run any build or retrieve code from the repository to my workspace, the agent does nothing and throws an error. In the _diag log, I see the following:
[2025-12-16 10:39:40Z INFO MessageListener] Attempt to create session.
[2025-12-16 10:39:40Z INFO MessageListener] Connecting to the Agent Server...

[2025-12-16 10:39:40Z WARN VisualStudioServices] Authentication failed with status code 401.
in the task progress log by the agent:
##[error]Failed to obtain an authentication token for the running job __default with the Build plan type and the Project Collection Build Service (Kontur-NIIRS) ID.

all servers have the same account, the rights to the pool of agents and assemblies are granted, everywhere all rights seem to be granted, but nothing works >.<
