I am attempting to enroll in the Microsoft Edge Add-ons developer program via Partner Center. On the enrollment form at partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/exp/enrollnow/microsoftedge, the "Accept and continue" button remains disabled and the page shows "We don't recognize the program you are trying to enroll in" before any form submission.
This occurs with:
Work/school account (patm@braindance.com, Entra ID, Global Admin)
Personal Microsoft Account (InPrivate session)
Multiple enrollment URLs (/partner, /microsoftedge)
I provided my DUNS number on one attempt and tried a personal email and in both cases the message appears at the bottom of the screen "We don't recognize the program you are trying to enroll in. Check your link and try again."
"Accept and Continue" is still not enabled.
