[Bug - Partner Center] Extension dashboard permanently broken after deleting promotional tile

Describe the bug

My Microsoft Edge extension dashboard became permanently inaccessible immediately after deleting an existing promotional tile asset.

The delete action froze, and after refreshing the page only this specific extension dashboard fails to load.

The issue reproduces across:

• Microsoft Edge
• Google Chrome
• mobile browser
• InPrivate/incognito mode

Other Partner Center pages and other extensions work normally.

To Reproduce

1. Open an existing Edge extension package dashboard
2. Delete an existing promotional tile
3. Confirm deletion
4. Request freezes/hangs
5. Refresh the page
6. Extension dashboard becomes permanently stuck loading

Expected behavior

The promotional tile should be deleted normally and the extension dashboard should continue loading correctly.

Observed behavior

The extension dashboard now fails permanently.

The following APIs consistently fail in Network/Console logs:

• storeListings -> 503
• submissions -> 503
• submissionvalidity -> 500
• instances -> 500

There are also repeated Failed to fetch errors and the page remains stuck loading indefinitely.

Additional context

This appears to be a corrupted listing/submission state after deleting a promotional asset.

Only one extension is affected. Other extensions and Partner Center areas work normally.

The issue resolved on its own after some time.
Initially the dashboard remained permanently stuck loading after deleting a promotional tile asset, and the related APIs were returning 500/503 errors.
After repeatedly retrying/reloading later, the listing started working normally again without any manual action from my side.
My guess is the backend listing/submission state eventually recovered or finished processing asynchronously.
