[Bug - Partner Center] Something went wrong correlationId

Describe the bug
The Overview page for one specific Edge Add-ons extension in Partner Center fails to load and shows "Something went wrong" with a correlationId. Other products load normally. This extension is published and also has an existing draft submission. This error has been showing up for multiple days and I can't get access to my extension at all.

Backend API calls for draft-related endpoints return 404 NotFound, which appears to break the Overview page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://partner.microsoft.com
2. Navigate to Dashboard > Products
3. Click on the extension with product ID eafe8b27-507e-4ba3-97f5-138826465e95
4. The Overview page fails with "Something went wrong"

DevTools Network shows the following endpoints returning 404:

/overview/submissiondetails/draftsubmission
/submissionvalidity
/submissionvalidity/draftsubmission/Publish/isAllowed

Expected behavior
The Overview page should load normally and display the extension’s published and draft state without errors.

Only this product is affected; other extensions load normally.
The extension is published and has a draft submission.

This appears to be a corrupted or orphaned draft submission record causing the Overview page to fail when loading draft state.
