Why is my extension not approved?

I don't understand why my extension Kaspa Price Watch has not been approved. The logo is open source. The extension is open source. Kaspa itself is open source. There is no other Edge extension featuring Kaspa. Why is it giving me this error message?

Hi @12stringcara could you please try resubmitting your extension? While doing so, include these review notes in the ‘Submission Notes’ section and also add the source links so the review team can verify that it is indeed open‑source as you mentioned.
