[Bug - Partner Center] Unable to upload new version of extension

Describe the bug
Whenever I try to upload a new version, I get "Something went wrong" error. There is no issue with my network. I have tried multiple networks, multiple browsers - same problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to your extension
2. Click on update
3. Click on replace
4. Upload the new package
5. See error

Expected behavior
I do not expect to see this error.

I’ve encountered the same issue, but my message is slightly different. After uploading the ZIP file, I waited for more than 10 minutes, and in the end it only showed: “The upload process timed out due to an unknown error.”

Expected behavior
If the validation error is caused by other reasons, it would be helpful if the error message could explain them in detail.
