Describe the bug
We submitted an add-on version last week (1.2.5), but the request is still pending. Why does it take so long?

We submitted a new version yesterday (1.2.7). I would like to request a quicker approval process, as the delay really affects our customers.

Hi @luongnh261 I can see that your most recent submission was on 1/20/2026 at 6:35:54 PM. The review process typically takes around 5–7 business days to complete, so I would recommend waiting a bit longer. If the submission passes review, your updated extension should appear in the store.

Hey @Rahul-Bauri, it's more than a week now, and the new version has not been reviewed! I don't understand why it takes so long for one extension version

Hi @luongnh261 I can see that the submission you made on 1/20/2026 at 6:35:54 PM was completed on 1/27/2026 at 1:02:19 PM without any issues. Let me know if you are still facing any issues.
