Note: The Irish Uilleann (pronounced "ill-en") pipes are not like the Scottish Great Highland bagpipes. Instead, they are played sitting down, with the pipes across the lap, and are bellows-blown rather than mouth-blown. They are about as loud as a violin.
They are the main native instrument of Irish traditional dance music: jigs, reels, hornpipes, and other dance music. They are also used for slow airs.

I'm selling my flute, made for me in 1980 by Michael Copeland, then of Philadelphia, PA. It is made of grenadilla with nickel fittings. It has a crack in the barrel joint, which was stabilized with dyed beeswax in the mid eighties. It has remained playable without intervention ever since. It has an ivory tip, which makes it impossible to ship the flute outside the US. It comes with a Cavallaro soft case.
