Missing information on "Debug flags"

I can find no information on the "Debugs flags" on repeaters.

I have seen 2 and 8 on my repeaters, but what do they mean, and why does it make CLI commands not work.

On my repeaters with Debug flags 0, CLI commands work, like reboot, ver, clock
On my repeaters with Debug flags 2 and 8, CLI commands don´t work at all.

Correction, looks like CLI work on some of them.
But one of them does not accept any CLI commands.

As i understand it, the "Request status" is a binary command.
That works, i can get the status of the repeater.

Is there a why to send a binary reboot command, when CLI commands dont work ?

Three error flags defined as bitmasks in the Dispatcher.h:

Flag	Bit	Value	Descritption
ERR_EVENT_FULL	0	1	Set when attempting to allocate a new packet but the pool is empty.
ERR_EVENT_CAD_TIMEOUT	1	2	Set when the radio remains in a busy CAD state longer than getCADFailMaxDuration() (default 4 seconds), indicating the radio channel is busy or radio may be in a bad state.
ERR_EVENT_STARTRX_TIMEOUT	2	4	Set when the radio has not been in RX mode for more than 8 seconds, radio 'stuck' in mode other than RX, suggesting a hardware or driver issue.

That is, a Debug flags value of 2 means the ERR_EVENT_CAD_TIMEOUT is set.
I don't know how this can be equal to 8, since the bit 3 is undefined and all three flags together give 7.

Bit 3 (== 8) is used in the ESP32 native MQTT firmware (see https://github.com/agessaman/MeshCore/tree/observer-firmware) to indicate the radio watchdog fired and reset the radio chip. This is to guard against the radio getting wedged in tx mode. (I don't know the specifics of what hardware this was occuring on, or why.) The default watchdog interval is five minutes. In busy meshes, that's an eternity. But in sparse meshes, especially if you are in an island of "me, myself, and I", it's easy to go five minutes with no traffic on the mesh. Use set radio.watchdog <minutes> to adjust (0 disables outright).
