Slow (or unrespond) Web console output log

Describe the bug
The console output log is slow or not respond with command entered

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Web panel in MCSS app
2. Click on Launch Panel in browser
3. Login to the account you configured
4. Type into "Enter command e.g. /say hello" any command with / at first
5. See error

Expected behavior
The console output slow or not respond
