mustangostang/spyc package not updated since 6 years

Spyc is used as the default Yaml parser, but mustangostang/spyc has not been updated since 6 years. I know we can set the Yaml parser we want to use to replace Spyc, but maybe it's time to stop using Spyc as default ?
