Add progress handler

Hi!

I'd like to suggest adding support to progress notifications. This is mostly an aesthetic feature, but I find it useful to know when the LSP server is done indexing the project and is responsive to other queries.

To add a bit of context, I have configured the MATLAB language server in Neovim and I'd like to get LSP notifications through the Fidget plugin, which works out of the box for the other LSP servers I use.

I made a plugin to use matlab lsp as debugger in neovim. nvim-dap-matlab

in utils.lua, notification whether the matlab lsp is attached is implemented. you can refer to this code.
ot if you install the plugin, the matlab lsp notification will be shown automatically.
