Description

  1. Any version since PowerShell 3 do support irm, and you COULD install PowerShell 5.1 in Windows 7 and PowerShell 3 in Windows Vista (though you have to install it manually cuz Windows Update normally won't give you the update and in both OS by default it only have PowerShell 2)
  2. In case of XP, you can only get PowerShell 2 but you in theory (though less convenient) can use System.Net.WebClient (it already have iex though you need to make a script for this)
  3. PLEASE add Office 2010 activation for XP a.k.a add XP support for the script
