Hi, and thank you for contributing to netcode over the years.
I'm asking contributors to sign a short Contributor Assignment Agreement (CAA). New contributions already require it, and I'd like past contributors to sign it too, so ownership of netcode is consolidated and I can keep licensing and maintaining it cleanly. This helps fund the ongoing open source and article work. The code stays free and open, and there is no cost to you.
The agreement is here: https://github.com/mas-bandwidth/.github/blob/main/CAA.md
In short: you assign the copyright in your past contributions to Más Bandwidth LLC, they are distributed under the license the project uses, and you keep a license to use your own work for anything.
If you are willing, please sign by posting exactly this as a comment:
I have read the CAA and I hereby sign it, assigning copyright in my contributions to Más Bandwidth LLC.
That is the whole ask. It is completely voluntary. If you would rather not, no need to reply, and thank you again for your work on netcode.
Glenn
