Temporarily remove mapegypt.org redirect

Ahead of the launch of http://map-egypt.org, we want to temporarily remove the redirect from the Github side.

Github side

1. Remove the redirect from this repo's settings
   

2. Remove the CNAME and CNAME build step.

DNS side

@sethvincent @dereklieu @felskia we then have to remove the redirect from mapegypt.org to the Github DNS servers. I wasn't part of setting it up, so is this documented anywhere?
