Download Dashboard PDF/CSV Not Working with Tile Extension

When I attempts to download a dashboard as a PDF and that dashboard that has a tile extension - it will hang in queued for rendering until it times out.

It will hangs on Queued for Rendering

Things I have tried

• Adding the extension.rendered() following: https://docs.cloud.google.com/looker/docs/extension-framework-building-tile-extensions#rendering_considerations
• I have created a very simple react component that calls the extension.rendered()
• I disable the animation in the component

does it work from the UI? this sounds like it may be an issue with the Looker instance in general, not the SDK.
